Not a whole lot of difference in my opinion. The Intel chip outperforms AMD in most expert analysis but the difference between the two wouldn’t be very noticeable for most users. Safe bet is to go with the intel 10th gen 7 for the extra money. My son wanted that one because he considers himself a “serious gamer” (I wish he was a serious student instead) but I would easily recommend the AMD as well. Take the savings with the AMD and add additional RAM and a cooling pad (it gets pretty hot) and you won’t be disappointed. Both need the additional ram to play the more intensive games and it helps future proof it for at least 3 years or so. Hope that helps some

You'll get double the frame rate in some games. 1650ti is just not a good graphics card at this price point. It will run most games, but not the newest and most demanding tittles. Cyberpunk 2077? Low 1080p will maybe work, but medium settings will be under 30 fps. Similar story for AC Valhalla and RDR 2. The other person who answered clearly doesn't know anything about CPUs or computer in general. Buying an Intel CPU does not make you a "serious gamer." The Ryzen processor in the other laptop is excellent, and will likely beat Intel in most productivity workloads.
