No it will likely not. You will have to do bios EZ Flash - you download the bios from ASUS website and and put it on a USB stick. Then you press the EZ Flash button and turn on the computer, it'll update for about 10 minutes. I was able to get this to work without any problems at all on first try. Only thing of note is it'll look like it's doing almost nothing during that time. Look up ASUS EZ Flash for more info.
