“Does this Motherboard come with Bios Version 2004 to support 13th Gen Intel CPU's?”

No it will likely not. You will have to do bios EZ Flash - you download the bios from ASUS website and and put it on a USB stick. Then you press the EZ Flash button and turn on the computer, it'll update for about 10 minutes. I was able to get this to work without any problems at all on first try. Only thing of note is it'll look like it's doing almost nothing during that time. Look up ASUS EZ Flash for more info.

The motherboard has a bios flash tool built in. This does not require a working CPU to flash.

It does not. You’ll have to flash it with a 12th gen processor. Had the same issue with an MSI motherboard.

No. Mine did not. I had to get a 12 gen, update it and then plug in the 13 gen

No. you are going to have to go tp the ASUS webpage and download the bios on to a thumb drive. My current BIOS is dated 11/25/2021.
