- Answer Not really, as the laptop has plenty of vents. Still, I always recommend buying a 'low rise' laptop mount, which you can buy at Amazon for about 8-9 bucks. That way, it stays off the table, and gets plenty of ventilation. This is what I advise of all laptops, really...

- Answer No not this actual model in the US. At least not at Best Buy. Only in silver as shown. Incidentally I returned mine for the G15. Nothing wrong with the G14 I just wanted the bigger screen and QHD. And was not fond of the whites backlight and on silver keys. Other than that no complaints on performance. Same price btw for the G15.

QuestionChanging the the cpu/wattage will void the warranty? I was prompted that asus will not be accountable for any direct or indirect damage from changes to those parameters. I would change these to lower the cpu/gpu temperatures when gaming.

- Answer No. Armory crate is in n the machine from ASUS. If it can’t handle it it will just back it down and throttle.

QuestionCan I use the HDMI port into a 4K OLED TV and take the advantage of 120Hz and G-sync? ( My TV is capable of 120Hz and G-sync) Or the HDMI port is not connected directly to the Nvidia RTX and I'll not be capable of this because of the IGPU/Optimus feature?

- Answer The HDMI port is 2.0 (and hooked to the iGPU) and therefore not able to handle 120Hz. The left side USB-C is Display Port 1.4 and should be fine for 120Hz. The problem will be finding an adaptor that is DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 for your TV.

- Answer Laptop runs loud and hot at around mid 90 Celsius using turbo mode to cool it. Games run butter smooth though. There are several youtube videos out on the specs and performance. I'm using the 2021 ver.
