The HDMI port is 2.0 (and hooked to the iGPU) and therefore not able to handle 120Hz. The left side USB-C is Display Port 1.4 and should be fine for 120Hz. The problem will be finding an adaptor that is DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 for your TV.
