QuestionI purchased mine a few months ago. It is nice, but it gets extremely hot and is no longer a laptop at that point. It sounds like the fan comes on, but it doesn't appear to be doing much to help with the heat. Any suggestions?

- Answer I ended up buying a cooling pad for mine while gaming. Mine doesn’t get hot if I’m not gaming though.

QuestionIs the heating of this laptop under control? Some happily run at 100 degrees c which is not ideal for long term use.

- Answer No problems overheating with mine , you can put the fan profile on turbo mode while on ac power and it keeps the GPU around 86c while playing Diablo 4 maxed out 1440p at 110fps ... Also warzone stays around the same temp at 80ish fps maxed out.. really impressed how cool it actually stays tbh

QuestionI just bought this laptop. I was told I can use a Xbox controller. I read the wireless pulse red controller can play with win 10 , xbox etc. This laptop is a win 11. Does that mean I should return the controller since it just says win 10?
