Are the speakers powerful and sound pretty great? null

Although not the absolute best (Apple Macbooks probably beat it at 2x to 5x the price), many reviewers claim it to be one of the best sounding built-in speaker systems. It has two tweeters and two woofers facing up. Also depending on type of audio you can tweak the sound processing algorithm in the control panel, and one reviewer stated that one of those settings made it sound even better.

The speakers are surprisingly great.

Compared to most other laptops, yes. Still not as good as standalone speakers but the built in ones are good enough for watching YouTube videos and light music listening. For movies and games you’ll def want better but I was actually impressed at these speakers vs other laptops.
