“I recently purchased this laptop and was able to download chrome and Firefox, but I can’t run them. I exchanged it for a different one as Geek Squad said it was a motherboard issue, but the same problem happens with the new one. S mode is off, any ideas?”

• Motherboard issues are common on these Laptops, I myself had to get the motherboard fixed as well. But that seems to be a software/configuration issue.
