• As far as RAM upgrade.... According to task manager / performance, it states "2 of 2 slots used". If that is the case, usually 1 module is soldered, and one can be upgraded

• The battery is built-in therefore it isn't removable. This model supports maximum 32 GB RAM, it comes with 16GB DDR4 on board and the memory socket can take up to 16GB. The max capacity for the storage is 1TB.
