To address the high-CPU temperature on your laptop, ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions to have efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming ensure no resource-hungry applications, services and processes are running in the background, this will spike the temperature. You can check go to Task Manager to check how high system resource utilization is being used. The heat or temperature does decrease or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. Additionally, update Windows, drivers, BIOS and the Armoury Crate utility software if outdated.
