“Does this model come with Windows 11 Home or Pro? I see the specs say Home, but I thought it was Pro on the 2023 model, so I wanted to be sure.”

It's the Home edition, just like the 2023 model.

Pro only came on 4080/4090 models last year but those models don’t exist this year (thinner and cooling solution can’t cool a 4080 or 4090 on 2024 G14, also those faster GPU models cost a lot more and didn’t sell well. You can get the faster GPUs on the G16 that has similar OLED panel but sadly those are hamstrung by slower (mostly e-core) Intel Meteor Lake CPUs. Or, BB promised to keep the 2023 G14 models with AMD CPUs (but minus OLED) available for a while.
