AMD does not support Thunderbolt in any capacity as that is specific to Apple and Intel. What this DOES have is USB4 (v1) which supports PCIE tunneling and therefor behaves similarly to TB4 both in terms of tx/rx capacity and features. You can disable the discrete card and run in this manner if you choose to. If you do the fans will completely shut off and only turn on briefly once the temperatures are below 50C*
