No. The RAM is soldered on. It can’t be upgraded per all the YouTube reviews. This is a downgrade from the 2024 and before models that had one RAM chip soldered but one RAM slot available for upgrade. The so-called Asus Rep who is placing mal-informed answers herein on behalf of Best Buy, might perhaps be a hallucinating AI that is making things up based on inaccurate training data? A note to Best Buy. Please hire actual smart humans to answer your questions factually. Your current mal-info is a fast road to bankruptcy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It can be upgraded but will require desoldering the memory chips and adding bigger ones in to make it 32GB. I did this on my Asus Rog Ally I have mine at 32GB of memory. I paid a guy $150 plus price of the memory to have it done.
