The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 (GU603VI) comes with 16GB of DDR4-3200MHz RAM soldered onto the motherboard, and it has one additional RAM slot for upgrades. You can add up to 32GB more RAM, making a total of 48GB. Regarding mixing DDR4 and DDR5 RAM, it's not possible to mix these two types of RAM because they have different physical and electrical characteristics. Your system will only run at the speed of the slower RAM stick, and mixing them could cause compatibility issues.
