“How do you clean the surface of the laptop? I bought mines open box since it was cheaper than regular price, but it was returned for a cosmetic defect. it looks like some grease, but i was told not to use alcohol to clean it, what do I use?”

If it just on the surface parts then a real good hack is to use WD40. spray a very small bit on the edge of a microfiber cloth and do a wax on wax off. dont use to much or spray directly on laptop but will work very well. i do it all the time but would always recommending turning the laptop over and trying this on a very small edge on the bottom just to verify. Another hack is the Mr. Clean magic wipes. work well too! You can alway also put a tiny bit of DAWN disk soap on a barely damp micro fiber cloth as well.
