• Not sure with the heatsink, but there is nowhere to bolt a heatsink to. Both slots are PCIe Gen 4 and you can Raid 0 them. At least you have that.

• With the heatsink no, Just not that much space to work with. But if you take off the heatsink it will work, just add a thermal pad on it.
