• Hello sys admin here with this laptop. It will depend on if you use the stock SSD or upgrade it. Both SSD slots are gen 4 but the stock SSD will do about 3500MB read / 3000MB write. I upgraded mine to SK Hynix Platinum 2tb drives and i get 7300MB read / 7000MB write. SK Hynix is just as good at samsung 980 and cheaper.
