Hard to tell which router this is asking about based on how Best Buy asked me. I recently returned a Netgear Nighthawk RAX48. It had 4 ethernet ports to be used for your connections as well as the connection for your WAN (modem). My new router, ASUS RT-AX82U has the same exact number of connections. The ASUS is a much better router in my opinion, both speed, interface and Android app. Hope that helps!
