• Yes. So long as your model has a DVI, DisplayPort or HDMI port they will be fully compatible.

• Yes it should work fine with it. More than likely any monitor you buy will work with your graphics card as long as your graphics card has an hdmi or display port output. If you want it for the 144hz you need to make sure that your graphics card has a display port cable output. Although you may not be able to attain 144 fps in all games depending on what you play, the monitor picture looks great and the monitor has an excellent build quality. Best of luck!
