QuestionMy Asus Tuf Freesync Gaming monitor VG249Q is connected via VGA. When I try to play one of the Big Fish video games the monitor works great for awhile, but then the screen goes blank and shows NO VGA and shuts off. Any suggestions?

- Answer You have to make sure you are plugging the monitor into the video ports if it is a gaming computer.

- Answer Its a monitor and a monitor only. Not a tv. This needs to be connected to a PC, a console, etc if you want to try and watch anything on it.

- Answer Make sure the adapter you connect it with supports 120hz and above using your desired cable. Some cables may claim they support 120hz but only when you use a 1080p resolution.

- Answer This monitor as well as many others, only has an AUDIO INPUT jack. It doesnt supply sound OUT of the monitor but instead lets you connect things to play audio out of the monitor speakers.
