I believe that the reason why Best Buy has these categories is to help[ those who are not tech savvy and I believe that these categories compare all of the different laptops and chromebooks together. 8gb ram is adequate for basic tasks and gaming, where 4gb would struggle with many games, but are fine with basic tasks. An RTX 3050ti (or any recent dedicated graphics)are much more high end than integrated graphics.
