“I purchased this laptop a few days ago and have had trouble with holding a connection using Wifi-5 GHZ. Bestbuy says it's because the Wifi 6 card is only 160 hertz and is too weak to hold the connection even though 2.4 is just fine. Thoughts?”

If you are getting a weak WIFI connection, verify if the laptop is within range to an established wireless router or access point and internet service is stable and working properly. Also, check if the laptop is running with the most current OS and WIFI driver update.
