It seems BestBuy only offers the configuration with 8GB, but you can buy 16GB and install it yourself or take it to a tech shop and pay someone to install it for you. You can get the 16GB RAM through BestBuy or Amazon for about 100 bucks.

I purchased this product and bought a separate 32GB (x2 16GB) ram kit for $100 -- however, you can get a compatible 8GB module for twenty to thirty bucks to add to this laptop and it's no fuss to do.
