“Im just browsing the internet with maybe 3 tabs open and everything else closed out. Task manager even shows nothing else. The temperature is 160+. Is that normal just for browsing the internet? Then sometimes it freezes and says we ran into an error rest”

I believe the CPU is rated to 100 but mine doesn't pass 70 and 75 on the GPU. If you are hitting 160 your fans are simply not working and the whole unit is frying. Look into warrenty exchange. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, verify whether your temp is in fahrenheit or celsius. 160F is around 71C, which is a little toasty for a desktop, but is fine for a laptop. To avoid damage, the PC shuts down if it hits around 100C, so you should be fine.
