- Answer You can choose if you want it new or open box. When they are open box, they can have more ram and an added SSD, but they will be used. A new one is straight from the factory, so it will be brand new.

- Answer It’s supply and demand, there is a big market for good specs on a laptop for a low price so this laptop is a hot item right now so they had to do that so that they would have enough stock for all of their customers.

QuestionWill this laptop support Xbox?

- Answer It is a Windows 10 computer and supports Xbox in the way that any other Windows 10 computer does. It does come with a month free of Xbox Game Pass which gives you access to PC Game Pass games. It does not play Xbox games that are not already in the Microsoft store for PC if that is what you are asking. You still need an Xbox if you want to play the game streamed to this computer.

QuestionHow can I get the keyboard LEDs to automatically go to sleep( turn off completely) when the computer goes to sleep? Even though the computer is asleep, the LEDs pulse and will not turn off completely. Is there a setting?

- Answer To turn of the keyboard backlit when the laptop goes to sleep, go to Armoury Crate > Settings, click "Reset to default" button, on another window, keyboard backlit can be disabled while asleep.

- Answer There should be no risk because a vertical stand generally has better airflow than with the laptop just on the desk. You can configure the laptop to stay on with the lid closed but I don’t know how.
