I don't believe so, but your Xbox should already have wifi built in. For this to work, you need to install the drivers with the included disc.

Do not believe so. Not very well versed in a Xbox, but this antenna has program info that has to be downloaded. If the Xbox antenna is bad, check tech support at Xbox , I’m pretty certain it is replaceable.
