• You should contact the manufacturer of your printer. I have 2 wifi printers and I have no problem with either.

• If your network adapter on the computer already connects to the internet and or router it's doubtful. Make sure to reboot all devices connected. Sometimes the computer needs the printer driver reinstalled with the driver suite to get the printer to communicate with the computer again.
