“Is this something I can use for my Samsung smart TV? It stopped recognizing my network when other smart TVs do. I changed the network card for it a few years ago, but can only find used ones now. Please let me know what you think. Thanks.”

I don't see the harm in trying it. Your TV should have the USB port, so I'd give it a shot. You can always return if it doesn't work
