“I downloaded all the drivers and reset my laptop but i’m not getting a desktop icon...without the icon i can’t connect it to my wifi??? Please help me fix this.”

• I had geek squad install the software so there be no mistakes, guess what, My computer was 5 ft away from a wifi repeater and it sucked, it’s junk take it back.

• What you mean with desktop icon? Just use the connection manager built-in in widows, we talking about "windows" as OS right?
