• Yes it is. I can walk around my entire apartment and havent had it disconnect once. Theres occassionally some interference/static when theres a wall in between me and my pc but thats the worst I've experienced.

• Yes, this works with Windows 11 and the maximum range is 40 meters in open space without interference.
