• This is a monitor. It takes an output from a device and displays it on the screen. It is not a computer.

• I'm assuming you mean from an HP Desktop to this monitor, then yes, the monitor comes with an HDMI cable and power cord to get this plugged into your desktop and powered. But if you mean linking one monitor to another monitor, then no, most monitors have to be plugged into whatever output your desktop (tower) offers. If your desktop offers 2 HDMI outputs for example, then each HDMI output can go into 2 monitors (separately). None (or rarely any) offer some sort of linking (daisy-chaining) from one monitor to another.
