16GB total between 8GB soldered onboard ram and 8GB SODIMM module. You can upgrade with up to 32GB non ECC, unbuffered 5600MHz stick which would raise total available system ram to 40GB. There is two NVMe slots inside, one occupied by the included 1TB drive, and a second empty one.
