- Answer As this is a typical Windows 11 PC, you are able to Install Windows 10, if you know how to. Please note: Windows 10 will be out of support from Microsoft in Oct of 2025.

QuestionIn Manufacturer section it says 2x USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 and 1x Thinderbolt 4 (besides a pair of USB-A 3.2 Gen 1). But in Full Specs it says 1x Thunderbolt and 2x USB-C 4.0. Which one is it? Also, only see 2x type C ports in user pictures.

QuestionWill a Asus VivoBook Pro 15 OLED Core Ultra 7 + RTX 3050 Model Q533MJ overheat with the lid closed to run an external monitor?

- Answer previous answers not reflect whole picture. I have it for about 1/2 year and playing on max with no overheating issues even with lid closed but just in case I trying to keep it partly open to boost ventilation it's just common sense.

QuestionI understand there's an open slot for upgradable RAM as well as soldered-on memory. Some say the slot can support up to 32 GB (40 GB of RAM total) while others say it can support 16 GB (24 GB of RAM total). Which is is? What are some compatible options?

- Answer According to their site, 8GB DDR5 on board + 8 GB DDR5 SO-DIMM. The 1 TB PCIE G4 SSD isn't upgradable. https://www.asus.com/us/laptops/for-home/everyday-use/asus-creator-laptop-q-oled-q533/
