• RAM is soldered and cannot be upgraded. Hard drive can be upgraded, and I think any NVMe drive is supported.

• No; any laptop that uses LPDDR is soldered. All Meteorlake devices excluding the Alienware M16r2 and Acer Triton are soldered as they use LPDDR5
