- Answer It depends on the plan you use. AT&T prepaid is strict NAT type but I know TechNowzi.com also offers unlimited data with moderate or open NAT. I didn’t need open NAT as I am not into gaming.

QuestionHow does this exactly work? I’m already an AT&T customer. I get that it comes with a SIM. Do you just insert the sim and it runs off cell signal from AT&T towers or do I have to add that SIM card + data to my AT&T account?

- Answer If it doesn’t have the 4g lte displayed on the top it isn’t connected to the internet. Try doing a factory reset on the device?

- Answer You’ll need a AT&T plan. You don’t need an AT&T phone but you’ll need a service plan with AT&T in order to use this.
