• It comes with a PIN number that you use to get your minutes for your phone on your account if it a new phone that has not bin set up then you would have to get a phone number first then you can use the cards

• This doesn’t come with a phone number. A SIM card plugs in your phone that’s where you number and info comes from. All this does is load money into tour account. If you need a number go to att and tell them u need a prepaid sim card
