After purchasing an AT&T prepaid card from Best Buy and receiving the pin code via e-mail, I called 611 on my AT&T prepaid phone. The automated message directs you to balance and payments. Go to make a payment and refill pin. Enter the pin number you received via e-mail from Best Buy for your purchased prepaid card. That should take care of it.
