• A:Answer From what I know, Best Buy gift cards (no matter the card) are geo locked…. Accessing outside the u.s will always give you error. Try using a vpn and trying again

Redeeming a $40 prepaid card is like adding $40 to your account balance and then on the renewal date ATT grabs the appropriate amount of your account balance to pay for the next 30 days of your plan. Note it's good to redeem your card at least a day before your next 30 day period begins because then your plan will rollover your unused data up to 10 GB.
