• It’s 2021 no one pays per minute do the 35 dollar plan and u get unlimited talk and text and a little bit of data.

• Nothing, the charge per minute is base on where to you are calling to not the card it self or the plan that you chose or have chosen. All the card does is give you a 25 dollar credit to your account.
