It will not, the JVC L-F41 Turntable uses a straight tonearm with an angled headshell; the angled headshell must be used in order to maintain the correct cartridge alignment. The headshell on the AT-VM95C/H Headshell/Cartridge Combo Kit is straight, not angled, and this would cause the alignment to be way off.
