“So i have a question, i just bought this today and connected to Onkyo system. Normal listening volume for tv is 23. To get good sound i have to turn up to 45. Its connected to Aux in front, onkyo doesnt have "phono" connection. Is that why lower?”

• yea, i did buy a pre-amp. But i still need to be at vol 45 to really get that sound which is weird. I mean it sounds better, less crackling but still needs to be high

• You likely need a preamp for the magnetic cartridge. I bought a very good one for less than $40.
