• Yes. It has it's own amp so it can be connected "inline" to L/R AUX, CD, DVD, etc L/R RCA inputs. If connecting to "Phono" on the receiver make sure you use the "Phone" on the turntable. There is a switch on the turntable that allows you to chose between inline or phono.

• Yes it can, just make certain that you turn the phono preamplifier inside the turntable ON by setting the preamp selector switch on the back of it to the LINE position. The turntable may be connected to the CD, TV, DVD, or Video 1 input.
