Turntable is not spinning when hit start null

Make sure you belt is attached. Requires the turntable to be removed.

Make certain that you have installed the drive belt around the motor pulley. The motor pulley is the brass colored pully located in the upper left corner of the turntable (at about the 10 o'clock position). The belt comes preinstalled around the drive rim on the flipside of the aluminum record platter, but you have to complete the installation by stretching it over the motor pulley.
