“Right now I have a turntable connected to a stand alone pre amp to play my albums through my blue tooth Sonos Sound Bar & Sonos V and Sonos Ones. Works nicely but not totally happy with sound. Will this one play through my Sonos system”

No it will not, not wirelessly anyway. Your Sonos system works over Wi-Fi, not Bluetooth. Alternatively, the AT-LP60XBT Turntable can be wired to your stand alone pre amp just like you do with your existing turntable.
