No, it will not. You must use the ANGLED headshell that was provided with your AT-LP3 Turntable. Get the AT-VM95E Cartridge (cartridge only) instead.

This is not compatible with the AT-LP3 because it uses a different headshell. The AT-VM95E/H headshell is for a curved tonearm. However the cartridge is compatible. You would need the AT-VM95E (without the "/H") cartridge and mount that to your current headshell. Later you can just replace or upgrade the stylus.

If you want to just replace the stylus to keep your cartridge and headshell you might have to look around at different places for that "gear". They have an "LP" on a blue stylus. Yours is compatible with CFN3600LE.

I think you can't go wrong upgrading to the AT-VM95 line. I have the AT-VM95ML (micro line) version and it sounds amazing. Replacing the stylus would be the easiest way.
