You would have to use the same input jack on the subwoofer that you use now to connect the computer to the speakers.We provide a dual RCA female to 3.5 mm stereo mini-plug adapter cable with the turntable that can help with this (connect the adapter cable to the INPUT jack on the subwoofer), but you may need to use an RCA extension cable (dual RCA female to dual RCA male) between the cable attached to the turntable and the adapter cable in order to reach the subwoofer.
