Adding photos and videos to an Aura frame is simple using the Aura app or web uploader. Aura also offers a direct email-to-frame upload option where any invited frame members can send up to 50 photos to a frame's unique email address. Please note that due to the size of videos this upload option is limited to photos, but you can upload your videos via the Aura app itself.

Download the app. Once they download the app, they can use the app to add photos seamlessly.
