Yes! It has a BUILT-IN OZONE Self cleaning system that cleans all the lines, Tanks, Water Reservoir etc. 
This is the best water cooler I’ve EVER owned so far! 
And is very quite, some light noise when pumping etc. but nothing like the noise a top filler has when using spouts. 
You will not be disappointed with this water cooler! 
It also has a “Room-Temperature” select button as well! Just one of the reasons I bought it. 
It also has on/off switches for the Hot water, Cold water, and nite light! 
It also notifies you when you have to change the water jug. 
You can also use more than one size of water jug, not just the 5-gallon! And 100% easier to exchange the water jugs than a top feeder! Even my father who is 76 years old and has physical issues can change out the water jugs. 
So go ahead and pull the trigger!

Yes there is. I havent used it yet but there is an option which is pretty self explanatory
