Is this cable mono or stereo? null

It's a stereo cable. White is Left and Red is Right. That said, if the device you're hooking this up to only has mono (white) output, the cable cannot make mono come out of both speakers. Should that be the case, examine your TV or receiver for a feature that handles one-channel audio.
