“Can this 3d printer print alum or a filament that looks like alum? Then can it be polished? Or a filament that I can get the parts vac chrome plated?”

Not initially but you can buy different printer heads for about 50$ and I’m sure it won’t be much more I would definitely look up the part and see how much it is before you buy this one, but no 3d printer is going to come with that capability unless you spend way more
