“Why don't these come with the wing tips that fit in the upper part of your ear for added stability? They're shown on some of the pictures, but are not in the box. This is my 2nd pair and the 1st pair had them and it made a big difference in the fit.”

Mine never had them, but Best Buy’s adds showed them. I called Apple support and they said they were discontinued but I could still purchase them. But they’re only available in black for $9 (2 sets in the box). I ordered them since I have small ears and need them hold the ear buds in. I was frustrated they weren’t in the BeatsX box, but it was worth it to get them direct from Apple.

After being transferred twice I was informed that the tips are no longer included, even though Best Buy shows them in some of the product pictures. They advised they can be ordered but not until I have a serial number from a purchased product. Then I was advised they could not even give me a price until I placed the order with a serial number. I'm going for the Bose Soundlink to avoid this hassle (even though Bose has a shorter playtime per charge). Business lost for Apple & Beats.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think they stopped including the wings and case and also use a cheaper rubber/plastic coating on the wires/neck strap so they could drop the price from $149 to $119 The wings are awesome and it sucks to not have them with my new pair.
